I'm Mohamed, an editor and colourist with 15+ years in news and documentaries, at broadcasters including Sky News Arabia, MBC and Abu Dhabi channels.
Every day I watched the same hours go to the same jobs: transcripts, captions, cutting pauses, switching cameras. The tools out there either didn't understand Arabic or uploaded footage to someone else's servers.
AutoKadr is the tool I wanted: inside Premiere, fluent in Arabic, running on my own Mac. It does the repetitive work and leaves every creative decision to the editor.
